If you need to cancel your train ticket, you can do so with a 20% deduction from the fare paid. If you arrive late at departure, the Flex fare also offers 2 hours 'extra time', to access the first available train by contacting Italo staff or the help line on + 39 892020.
Economy: allows you to change the name of the passengers free of charge and change the date and time of departure with a 20% supplement. In case of cancellation of the trip, the ticket can be canceled with a 40% deduction from the fare paid.
Low Cost: with a decidedly advantageous price, it allows you to change the name of the passengers free of charge. It does not allow a refund, but allows you to change the date and time of departure, with a deduction of 50% plus any difference in price, up to 3 days before departure
Italo tickets' prices vary according to the fare and the selected class (Smart, Comfort, Prima and Club Executive), the number of tickets available and the proximity of the departure date. So plan your trips in advance - tickets are available 3 to 6 months in advance of the departure date.
